1. Defective Items
- If your item arrives defective, you can return it within 20 days of delivery.
- No restocking fees on defective products.
- Note: Infiray Outdoor, Nocpix, and Rixoptics items must be handled directly through the manufacturer per their warranty policies.
2. Non-Defective Returns
- Need to make a return? We accept non-defective items within 5 days of delivery.
- Brand new, unopened items are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- Opened or lightly used items in like-new condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items not in like-new condition may incur a higher fee or be returned to you at your expense.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds & Order Changes
- Cancel before your payment is captured and ships? You’ll receive a full refund.
- Cancel after payment is captured but before shipping? A 3% processing fee will be deducted.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds reflect actual shipping expenses incurred.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward another night vision or thermal optic.
4. How to Start a Return
- Just reach out to us to get your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)—we’ll guide you through it.
- We’ll provide the correct return address—please don’t ship items back without contacting us first.
- For your protection, we recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Final Sale Items
- Used, demo, clearance, and closeout items are final sale unless they arrive defective.
